Lease duration is for one year.

If you want to pay on monthly basis the price will be 70'000 AMD and you have to pay for first and last two months of lease in advance.  

Otherwise, if you pay at once for one year the price will be 700'000 AMD. (actually, you get 17% discount )

Instead of long-term leasing, you can rent this room for the short term. In this case, you won't have any time binding. But the price will be 90'000 AMD for each month. This option is only available from the 1st of December of each year.

Paid amounts are not refundable.
