Lease duration is for one year.
If you want to pay on monthly basis the price will be 240$ and you have to pay for first and last two months of lease in advance.

Otherwise, if you pay at once for one year the price will be 2400$. (actually you get 17% discount )

Instead of long term leasing you can rent this room for short term. In this case you won't have any time binding. But the price will be 260$ for each month. This option is not available from 1st September till 1st December.

Paid amounts are not refundable.
