The lease period is until the end of the academic year.
If you want to pay monthly, the price will be 100,000 AMD and you have to pay for the first and last two months of rent in advance.
Otherwise, if you pay for one year at once, the price will be 1,000,000 drams. (actually, you get a 17% discount or in other words, you pay ten months' rent, and live for twelve months)
Instead of long-term rent, you can rent this space short-term. In this case, you will have no time binding. But the price will be 120,000 AMD for each month. In addition, you have to pay 30,000 drams as a deposit for the room preservation. When you leave your room, if everything is in the same condition as when you entered the room, this deposit will be returned to you. This option is not available between September 1st and December 1st of each year.
