The lease duration is for one year.
If you want to pay on monthly basis the price will be 200$ and you have to pay for the first and last two months of the lease in advance.
Otherwise, if you pay at once for one year the price will be 2000$. (actually, you get a 17% discount )
Instead of long-term leasing, you can rent this room for the short term. In this case, you won't have any time-binding. But the price will be 220$ for each month. This option is not available from 1st September till 1st December.
Paid amounts are not refundable.
